eight (8) and over. The physical
comprehension level required to understand
and apply the FutureGym
working method is generally available
at this age. FutureGym is also
ideal for families to practice

all of the work is happening on
the inside and there’s no
impressive range of motion circus
acts to perform, children with
lesser ability get an equal opportunity
to work on the same level as others
