Helical

Myofascial
Uses a process which separates the thin fibrosis tissue that covers every organ, muscle and muscle fibre, releasing muscle tension .
Isometric
Addresses the body in equal measures of physical dimension.
Engagement
A process used to access every muscle in the body prior to the muscle contraction and release process and myofascial massage activity.
Contraction
The state of a muscle when tension is generated across a number of actin and myosin filaments.
Release
The slow controlled easing of a position prior to returning into the position whilst retaining muscular length and engagement, and the slow controlled ending of a position and relaxation of the contraction.
