If we look at the operational methods
of some of the more popular fitness disciplines
available today it’s not difficult
to see why only 3% of fitness programs deliver
the results they promise. Fitness programs
such as weight-training, aerobics, pilates and yoga are mostly counterproductive
because our musculoskeletal system is
mostly so imbalanced before we start that
