*PLEASE NOTE: To attend a single coaching session you will need to have either (a) completed the introduction session, or (b) read the practice principles outlined in one of my FutureGym books. Having an understanding of the practice principles is necessary to be able to follow instruction. For those purchasing the 6 or 12 session packages there is sufficient time in these sessions to cover the practice principles during the workouts.
